Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients

buttermilk

cup
Bisquick, sifted
1/3
cup
butter, melted

tsp
vanilla

eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate and bake about 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
The pie tastes better at room temperature but keeps longer if you refrigerate. It will last a couple of days unrefrigerated.
