Horseradish Cream Sauce
Ingredients

Creme Fraîche

cup
drained, prepared horseradish

Dijon mustard

white vinegar
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
Refrigerate in a sealed container for 24 hours, and up to a week.
