Pistachio Cake
Ingredients

cup
finely chopped pistachios

cup
flour
1
stick
margarine
1
tsp
sugar
8
oz
cream cheese
¼
cup
powdered sugar
1
cup
Cool Whip
2
packages
instant pistachio pudding
3
cups
whole milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix together first four ingredients and pat into 9″x13″ baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Combine milk and pistachio pudding and pour over top of cooled cake.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip and use to top cake. Refrigerate until pudding is set.
