Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion to pan and sauté 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic to pan and saute for another 30 seconds. Stir in white wine. Add tomato paste, oregano, pepper, and tomatoes. Reduce heatand simmer for 20 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and stir in basil and vinegar.
