Ingredients
Marshmallow Squares
- 2/3 cup butter
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- ? cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2½ cups mini marshmallows
Glaze
- 3 cups chocoloate chips
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup corn syrup
Instructions
Marshmallow Squares
- Heat oven to 350° F. Melt butter with chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. When chocolate chips are melted, blend in sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle immediately with marshmallows then drizzle with glaze. Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.
Glaze
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in corn syrup in top of a double boiler. When melted and ingredients are well incorporated, remove from heat keeping top of double boiler over the hot water.
