Instructions
  1. Drizzle honey over one side of the garlic toast, top with ham and Manchego.
Garlic Crostini
  1. Adjust oven rack 6" from broiler element and heat broiler. Spread bread out on rimmed baking sheet and broil until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Watch carefully so they don't burn. While warm, rub one side of each toast briefly with garlic. Drizzle toasts lightly with EVOO and season with salt and pepper to taste.
