Aunt Maureen’s Super Bowl Potatoes
Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1/4 stick butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Partially defrost hashbrowns and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter, chopped onion, sour cream, chicken soup, and salt to taste.
- Place mixture in 9" x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle corn flakes on top and drizzle 1/4 stick melted butter on top. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes.
