Horseradish Cream Sauce
This tastes best when using homemade Creme Fraîche.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Creme Fraîche
- ½ cup drained, prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
- Refrigerate in a sealed container for 24 hours, and up to a week.
