Ingredients
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup Bisquick, sifted
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate and bake about 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
- The pie tastes better at room temperature but keeps longer if you refrigerate. It will last a couple of days unrefrigerated.
