Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped pistachios
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 packages instant pistachio pudding
- 3 cups whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix together first four ingredients and pat into 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Combine milk and pistachio pudding and pour over top of cooled cake.
- Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip and use to top cake. Refrigerate until pudding is set.
